Born Mary Karoline to Aloysius & Anna Marie Bertke Nolte, she entered the Benedictine convent October 24, 1908. She received the habit May 2, 1909, made first profession
August 15, 1910, perpetual profession January 1, 1914 and was consecrated June 6, 1954.
A teacher when she came to the convent, Sr. Consolata spent almost 50 years in the classroom.
