Notations from the Register of Deeds Office, Gove, Gove County, Kansas

John R Davies, Jr, 11 day old son of Mr and Mrs John R Davies, died at the Stice home at Gove City Saturday of last week. The infant had contracted bronchial pneumonis two days before death occurred.
Funeral services were at Mrs Douglass home in Gove City Sunday afternoon at two o'clock in charge of Rev D H Colvin. A mixed quartet-Mrs George Mendenhall, Mrs Ellsworth, George Mendenhall, Ernest Trimmer sang for the services. The infant's mother, before her marriage, was Miss Stice.
