Death Was Caused By A Rusty Nail
Syracuse,August 24, 1910

Mrs Aurora Austin, wife of G H Austin of near Menno Post Office, died at Mrs Cole's rooming house in this city yesterday, about noon, of tetanus, commonly called lockjaw. Mrs Austin was only 23 years of age, and leaves a husband and a 20 month old child to mourn her sad death. Some weeks ago she ran a nail in her foot but the injury gave her little concern and soon healed. A few days before her death she was taken with lockjaw and her husband brought her here.
