Promoted to Full 3rd Lieutenant October 15, 1863. Mustered out on February 5, 1863. Transferred to Company B, Virginia 11th Cavalry Regiment on February 5, 1863. Promoted to Brevet 2nd Lieutenant on October 15, 1863.
