Frank Hart was the editor of the Lebanon Times for 29 years. Mr. Hart received his early newspaper experience in the Westmoreland Recorder office, and left Westmoreland about 1903 to work on the Topeka Daily Capital, where he worked for 20 years before buying the newspaper at Lebanon.
