Ed L Ralston, 66, a former resident of Allen County, died Sunday at Big Springs, Tex., where he has lived for the past 30 years.
Mr. Ralston was born at Elsmore and spent his early life in that community. An oil well operator, he worked in various fields before moving to Texas.
He is survived by his wife of the home; one son, Jack and a daughter, Dixie; two brothers Moody Ralston, Moran and J. H. Ralston who lived in Iola until moving to Florida a short time ago; two sisters, Mrs. Dave Goyette, Kansas City, and Mrs. C. E. Nelson, Wichita.
Services will be conducted by Miss Jean Minnich at 2 p.m. Thursday in teh Elsmore Methodist church. Burial will be at the Elsmore Cemetery.
