Wiley married Elizabeth Fry (or Foy) on December 6,1860 in Cass County, IN. Elizabeth was born 12/29/1842 in Blackford, Ohio.
Wiley farmed in Kansas in the Walnut Hill area. Wiley and his family emigrated to Bourbon County in 1871.
Wiley was the son of John and Annis Ramsey.
