BROOKVILLE -- Lois Muchow, 102, of Brookville, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013. She was born Lois Donley on Aug. 3, 1911, near Lincoln to Spencer and Uzillah Mae (Walls) Donley.
She was a cook in the Salina High School cafeteria, a waitress for Nickerson Farms Restaurant, and an active member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Tescott.
She is survived by a daughter, Karen Lawson, of Salina; three sons, Darvin Muchow and wife Gay, of Glendale, Marvin Muchow and wife Sue, of Salina, and Aaron Muchow and wife Jan, of Wichita; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Tescott, with Pastor Rod Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Franklin Cemetery, Tescott.
The family suggests memorials to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Tescott.
