Warren Benjamin. III "Little Wrennie" SALISBURY

McKee (aka G B McKee) Cemetery
Labette County,
Kansas

April 4, 1896 - November 18, 1897
Son of Warren Benjamin Salisbury and Gertrude McKee Salisbury

In a letter written by Leona (Salisbury) Pursley (great granddaughter off William Washington McKee) to Dorothy Stirnaman of Wichita, Kansas, she quotes a story told to her by her Aunt Blossom, as follows: "They always called her little brother that died "Wrennie". He was called this because there were flocks of wrens and they are so small and so was he. Little Wrennie would watch the wrens from the window as they swarmed in the yard."
