1827 - 1891
On March 23, 1845 Charlotte Hoover married James Henry Godsey in Fayette County, Illinois. They were the parents of Ruth Ann, William Harrison, John (infant), Sarah E, Henry James, Charlotte, John Wesley, Martha J, and Leah Catherine. James Henry died in 1865 in Fayette County.
On October 3, 1869 Charlotte married Lewis C Idleman. He died in 1876.
In the early 1880's Charlotte and her daughter Leah Catherine migrated to Kansas, along with other members of the family. Catherine met and married James Edward Freeman. Charlotte lived with them in the Pleasant Grove area until she passed away. Catherine and family then moved out of the area.
