Sallie was probably the daughter of Joseph and Charlotte Holland Meadow. She and William Guttry were married July 15, 1820, Williamson Co.,TN
It is believed that Sarah came to Kansas with some of her children after her husband William died....from where is not known but their last children were born in Tennessee and the older ones married in Missouri.
Parents of: Joseph, Mary Ann "Polly", Charlotte S., Martha Beard, David, John L. James Ray, Nancy Jane.

This______personally approved before me Melbourn Mangrove Judge of Probabe within and for the County and Territory aforesaid John L. Guttry and __________and says to the best of his Knowwledge and belief the names and residence of the _______of Sarah Guttry deceased is Joseph P. Guttry and David Guttry who residence is in the State of Texas David T. Ralston, H.S. McCarty, John L. Guttry and James Guttry who residence is in Kansas Territory.
And that said Sarah Guttry died without a will and that he will faithfully_________all the estate of the said deceased and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his ______________/
