Wife of Andrew Elder Kidwell.
Nancy had considerable knowledge of the healing qualities of various herbs and plants. In a time when there were no doctors on the frontier she gave generously of her talent and herself to help all who called on her. She also acted as a mid-wife for any mother who needed her services.
Nancy died of pneumonia.
