Carrie Belle was the daughter of David Kepley and Amanda Ellen Lookabill. Married Clem Behymer of Malachite, Colorado; their only child died in infancy. She married, second, Millard Fillmore Dew, Grant County farmer. Called Aunt Belle by many, she was a practical nurse, with her services in demand all over the area.

Son of William Samuel Dew (1824 - 1862) and Charlotte B Dew (1840 - 1921)
Was married 3 times: 1. Sarah Eliza Dew (1861 - 1890) 2. Mertie L Dew (1876 - 1925) 3. Carrie Belle Kepley Dew
Millard and Sarah had a son William Fillmore Dew. He had no other children.
