Ella M. Wickiser was the daughter of Wesley and Laura (Schanzenbach) Wickiser.
She was united in married to Dr. Albert Maurice Ridlon on Nov. 8, 1967, in North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. To this union, no known children were born.
She was a registered nurse, retiring after more than 36 years in various hospitals. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star and the Kansas Nursing Association, as well as a member of the First Christian Church in Fredonia.
She died at the age of 80 years, 4 months, and 11 days and was interned on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2006. Survivors included two stepsons, Bill Ridlon and Evan Ridlon; seven step-grandchildren; and two brothers, Robert Wickiser and Bill Wickiser. The Timmons Funeral Home Chapel provided services and the Rev. Steve Brodbeck officiating.
