DELBERT L. CADY
Delbert L. Cady, 75, Bronson, died at his home Wednesday, Sept. 21, 1994. He was born April 8, 1919, at Bronson, the son of Henry and Annie Turner Cady. He graduated from Bronson High School in 1936. He married Betty Page on December 29, 1940. They later divorced. He worked in Ventura County, Calif., on a road maintenance crew for 14 years. Prior to that he had lived and worked at Iola for 12 years. He retired in the early 1970s. He moved to Bronson in September 1991.
Survivors include three sons, Jerry Cady, Cherokee, Kan., Theordore Cady, Moberly, Mo., and John Cady, Worley, Idaho; two daughters Judy Meyer, Carl Junction, Mo., and Marie (Sandy) Vena, Ashbury, Mo.; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Claude, Ralph and an infant.
Burial was Thursday in Bronson Cemetery.
Kunkel Funeral Chapel had charge of arrangements.
Delbert was married twice more after he and Betty Page divorced.
