George D. Shull, 59, of Redding, Calif., died there Monday April 24, 1972. He was born Jan. 23, 1913, at Uniontown, the son of Lee and Mamie Steele Shull. On July 23, 1939, he married Lulu Beaman. They moved to California in 1939. He was a trucking contractor.
He is survived by his wife of the home; his mother of Uniontown; five sisters and three brothers, Mrs. Dorothy Sylvester of Wichita, Mrs. Ruth Wilson of Uniontown, Mrs. Mae Turner of Quincy, Calif., Mrs. Nellie Kirker of Fort Scott, Mrs. Irma Callahan of Corvallis, Ore., Virgil R. Shull of Vancouver, Wash., Chester C. Shull of Fort Scott and Charles E. Shull of Wichita.
Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Baptist Church at Uniontown with Rev. Deane Endicott officiating. Burial will be in Uniontown Cemetery under the direction of Ralston-Hutton Funeral Home of Moran.
