Daughter of George Wesley Butler & Lois Elmira Gibbs married Gorge Washington Cooley on April 11, 1876 in Rush Co, Kansas. To this union were born seven children; Amy Z, 1877; Elmer M 1878; Alman G 1883; Myrta E 1884; Lester H 1886; Estella Z 1889; Ancel U 1893. Alman George proceeded her in death in 1884 and is buried in the Locust Hill Cemetery in Rush Center, Kansas.
