February 28, 1871 - April 24, 1902
Alfred Prather Means married Bertha Weber in about 1899. They had one child, Harold Prather, before Alfred died in 1902. He had been a stock dealer in Toronto before he died. Bertha's unmarried sister Rosa Weber also lived with them during that time. He was only 31 when he passed.
