August 28, 1897 - May 12, 1913
Nettie's parents were Robert Edgerman and Olive A. Perry Rhoton. Before Robert died, he and Olive had two children: William Eli and Nettie M.
Olive remarried W. S. Brown and they had four children (Nellie, Roy S, Chester "Otis" and Ruth A) before he died in 1908.
W. S. Brown had three children of his own when he and Olive were married: Lenna, Elton E. and Flossie Belle.
So Nellie and William Eli had half-siblings and step-siblings.
