March 23, 1945 - July 4, 2006
Lee was the youngest of a set of twins born in Uniontown, Kansas to Lyle and Anna Mae Rogers Ramsey. Lee had three sons of his own, Michael, Jason and Travis.
He was suffering from lung cancer and "walked away from life" in the Snowy Range Mountains in Wyoming and was never found. He died on or about July 4, 2006.
There is a granite stone somewhere in that mountain range, that no one will ever find with those words written on it.

October 2013
The family was notified that the remains of Lee Ramsey were found by a hunter in the Snowy Range area of Wyoming.
After 7 years of giving up hope his remains were to be taken to Colorado for cremation and buried at Hatch Cemetery near Uniontown Ks. with his son Travis who preceded him in death in December 2004.
A private service will he held for the immediate family only.
